Our Solution


Partnering with the client, we successfully provided the solution to reduce MTTR and bring-in innovation/automation:

  • Competed successfully and won the contract against tier-1 IT companies
  • Implementation of auto-remediation solution for resolving incidents pointing towards IT Infrastructure is in progress
  • Implementation is ongoing in a phased manner for the following:
  •   Phase I: iOps (Basic)
  • Phase II: iApp, iDb, iBUS, iOps (Advanced)
